Én úgy értelmezem, hogy az (1) esetben mindent a biztosító fizet, vagy a vétkes fél kötelezőjére vagy casco-ra, csak ebben az esetben egy olyan casco-nak kell lennie - ellentétben az 5-ös ponttal - amiben nincs önrész, vagy olyan munka, amire nem vonatkozik az önrész.
