Due to the small numbers of agents (5) **commission notes** are calculated manually based on the invoices per customer as stated per report FBL5N “Customer Line Items” and the percentages as per contract. Commission agreements are maintained outside OneSAP because commissions in Belgium are calculated based on the net sales in Belgium, while OneSAP calculates it based on gross sales. **Commission notes** sent out to the customer are created in Excel based documents on the gross sale information of FBL5N. The commission note is then posted in OneSAP FI using FB75 “Create customer credit memo.”
