Explanation:
Man müsste sicherstellen dass nicht Reizleitungen (AV-Conduction) oder Kanal gemeint, sind, die haben nämlich auch "Überleitungen".

Da sicherlich hochspezialisiertes Publikum angesprochen wird ist AV-Übergang durchaus gängig, ansonsten ausschreiben.
