Sind hier wirklich "landwirtschaftliche Betriebe" gemeint (über 500 Mitarbeiter und CIOs!) oder bedeutet der Begriff noch etwas anderes? Bisher war von Landwirten nicht die Rede.

1. Visit – the best way you can farm your base is to visit your customers, some will require appointments others will be happy that you called in to see them."

customer management/client management means to look after their needs and ensure their success- my reference explains how. Customers and clients are the same in this context.
