Hat hier jemand eine Ahnung, was mit 'laminated dough' gemeint ist? Ich dachte erst an eine Art Blätterteig, da es sich da ja auch um Schichten handelt, aber der passt hier irgendwie nicht rein...

Es handelt sich um eine Aufzählung von Backwaren und Teigen, in denen ein bestimmtes Zusatzmittel verwendet werden kann: "...rye bread, whole wheat bread, sweet dough, laminated dough and gluten-free bread."

Da sich aus Ziehteigen die verschiedensten Backwaren (u.a. Croissants) herstellen lassen, passt das in diese Aufzählung sehr wohl hinein.
