Why does this image cost so much?
The image costs more than licensing because charging the cost of licensing does not provide a disincentive for people to not infringe on XX’s represented images.
The really bad people would just wait until caught for XX to charge the price of licensing.
In the regular course of a sale, an image is purchased between the customer and the XX sales person or XX’s website.
The price for that image is based off of its license type and predetermined by the organization for use in a sales transaction.
The increased cost of **policing** these images beyond the regular sales model is what increases the cost of these images.
merci !

surveiller l'utilisation
Je crois qu'ici on souligne le fait que c'est le contrôle de l'utilisation qui en est faite qui augmente les coûts.
