stegt seitan Explanation: Fried gluten/Seitan er basis i mange retter som simulerer kød. På Google ser der ud som om de to begrep bruges om hinanden, men nogle steder sættes der ikke "fried" foran seitan. Seitan ser ud til at være brugt på flere danske net-sider, mens "fried gluten" eller "stegt gluten" ikke er. Der findes mange produkter (internationalt) som heder "fried gluten". Og Seitan behøver ikke at være stegt... Søg på google: seitan "fried gluten" og seitan gluten site:.dk Håber det hjælper! |
