Kako biste točno preveli ovu vrstu ugovora? Napominjem da britanski odvjetnik tvrdi kako se ne može prevesti kao "Nacrt ugovora", a potpisnici ovog konkretnog ugovora nazivaju ga jednostavno "ugovorom".
Izuzetno je važno da ga ispravno i precizno prevedem!

neutral  bonafide1313: mislim da se ne može ovdje raščlanjivati po riječima, jer je "Heads of Agreement" naziv za vrstu ugovora, zapravo krivo kažem, ne ugovora, bolje je kako je shpeezza navela, naziv za vrstu, tip "pravnog dokumenta"
