Jewish people talk about other the people, the non-Jews, as "goy". (Hebrew: גוי‎, regular plural goyim גוים or גויים). In English there is also the expression "gentile" for that purpose.

Please, I would like to know if there is any specific Arabic word for "goy".

I beg answerers to be so kind and answer fully in English, adding all necessary Arabic texts and a Romanized transliteration as well.

There are two famous words that are equivalent to this word
The first is

الأغيار

This is the word mentioned in the holy Quran. It was used by the Arab Jews to describe the Arab non-Jews.

but this word is not Arabic. It is an Arabized Hebrew word.

الغوييم / الجوييم

Explanation:
Goyim is used in Arabic in the plural, as a collective noun, whether you refer to one or more. Goyim as you mentioned, or gentiles; refer to non-jews or pagans.

Goyim is specifically referred to as: الغوييم / الجوييم
transliterated as: Ghoyim (الغوييم) or Goyim (الجوييم)

Check Genesis 14:1, in English and Arabic. In Egypt, or in the bible printed in Egypt it is rendered as الجوييم، as G is pronounced as /g/ in go.
In other Arab countries, e.g. Lebanon you'll come across the term: Ghoyim الغوييم, since they pronounce G as /gh/.
both are correct depending on your target.
