all is fair in love and war في الحب والحرب كل شيء يجوز Explanation: I found this English proverb often translated as this "في الحب والحرب كل شيء يجوز" I think "الغاية تبرر الوسيلة" would be the equivalent of "The ends justify the means." Good luck |

all is fair in love and war الغاية تبرر الوسيلة Explanation: From Cambridge dictionay: something that you say which means behaviour that is unpleasant or not fair is acceptable during an argument or competition We weren't cheating, we were just playing to win. Anyway, all's fair in love and war. Best regards -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2010-06-25 13:48:59 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Actually "all is fair in love and war" and "the ends justify the means" have the same meaning, only the first is described (in the UK for instance) as glib.
