I would draw attention to the translation of "hello" If you are seeing the people face to face and are introducing yourself, the right translation would be "Tungjatjeta"
If the conversation is taking place over the phone then "hello" should be translated "Alo"
"Përshëndetje" works too but it's not very commonly used.

"Tungjatjeta" is a very fine Albanian word, used when meeting someone face to face. Not very much in use today, it has a more literary tinge. Older people use it esp. in Kosova. Even there it is gradually being replaced by its shortened form, "tung," used both when you meet or part.
"Përshëndetje" is a little too colloquial, yet not very much in use, either in Albania or Kosova.
"Hello" is an expression or gesture of greeting (Webster)and can very easily be replaced by the Albanian equivalents mentioned above, depending on the time of the day. This brings the two interlocutors more closer together, just as "hello" does.
I would also suggest, depending on the context: "Alo, si jeni, më quajnë Daniela dhe sot do t'ju ndihmoj unë".
It is very inmportant in translation to convey the equivalent meaning and not
make a word-for-word translation, even when it comes to single words.

: I agree with Spadi on this. At first I thought about mirëmëngjes (mirëdita, mirëmbrëma) but decided to keep it simple with "tungjatjeta" since it conveys the meaning.

: I don't think I have ever used "Tungjatjeta" or "Përshëndetje" as a native speaker. They do use it in Kosovo though.
