Czech to English Medical Medical (general) Radiology

In a Czech medical report, in two different places recommendation to have this test. I know "RTG" means "X-ray", but I do not know what "S+P" stand for here. There is a slash after the P, don't know if that is significant.

What kind of an X-ray is this, and what is the English translation?
