agree  Randa Farhat: الشرهة بالكويتي يعني الملامة، مثل الشرهة مو عليك: الحق مو عليك، الحق عليّ صدقتك. أو يتشرّه على بمعنى يشمت في. ولكن في السعودية هي الإعانة المالية أو ما يُسمى مكرمة ملكية, can say "royal grants", "selective tribal royal subsidy", etc.
