Swedish term

Evalvent

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
Evalvent: Idag så har vi kollektivt arbetstidsmått på de olika arbetsplatserna då vårt avtal reglerar om vi får 36,38 eller 40 timmars arbetsvecka. Med en evalvent så ligger vi alla i grundplan på 40 timmars arbetsvecka, sen så har man en koefficient på nattjobb, helgjobb som gör att kompensationen om man ex jobbar mycket natt hamnar direkt på individen.

Working hours calculation The term evalvent is explained like this in another Seko text: "omräkningsfaktor
pga oregelbunden arbetstidsförläggning (evalvent)"
Just (!) a question now of finding the right English expression for it.

evalvent

The word is the same in English. Here is the explanation from Oxford.

"That evolves or causes to evolve.

"evolvent line" noun Geometry. Obsolete a straight line, perpendicular to a given curve, joining a point on the curve to its centre of curvature at that point."
Note from asker:
Thank you but your example is for "evOlvent", my question is for "evAlvent"
