Evalvent: Idag så har vi kollektivt arbetstidsmått på de olika arbetsplatserna då vårt avtal reglerar om vi får 36,38 eller 40 timmars arbetsvecka. Med en evalvent så ligger vi alla i grundplan på 40 timmars arbetsvecka, sen så har man en koefficient på nattjobb, helgjobb som gör att kompensationen om man ex jobbar mycket natt hamnar direkt på individen.
