Hebrew term

ללא ח

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general) Heart mapping
מתן Tc-99m MIBI במאמץ, ללא מיפוי, ללא ח

Proposed translations

46 mins

Without contrast

In Hebrew: ללא חומר מיפוי.

Since this is highly relevant to the text and it starts with ח, I assume this is what is meant.

The word order in the text is a bit ambiguous, with the word מתן (administering) appearing in the end, for some reason. Or is it just a typical issue of left-right copy-paste? Not clear.

Anyhow, my guess: Under stress, no mapping, Technecium-99m sestamibi, without gadolinium contrast.

Oops, actually ללא חומר ניגוד.
Note from asker:
That was actually my first guess but I couldn't find anything to support it online apart from breast MRIs without contrast material. Is anything else possible? The problem is indeed a right-left one although you managed to decipher it.

without radioactive material

Since there is a mention of a MIBI test, another possibility could be 'without radioactive material.
