Another one about this chef's style. It's probably too many words, but hey.

Here's the context (followed by my own attempt):

"Exigeant sur la qualité des mets qu'il propose, il privilégie les producteurs locaux et sélectionne tout particulièrement l’origine de ses produits.

Sa cuisine est créative et aboutie, laissant la primeur aux saveurs authentiques des mets travaillés. Sa passion le conduit à faire de chaque plat un voyage culinaire et à bousculer merveilleusement les papilles, au fil des saisons.

L'élaboration de ses plats mêle habilement terroir et inventivité, maitrisant ainsi avec subtilité la science complexe de l’harmonie des saveurs, des parfums et des textures. Les vins de Bourgogne sont à l’honneur en occupant une place de choix dans ses préparations."

I don't know how to put this without sounding blunt, but your suggested translation is way off the mark for meaning and contains a couple of fairly basic mistakes.

Here's a suggested rendering.

"Burgundy wines take pride of place is his dishes".

Suggestions and comment for your rendering as is:

"A lover of local Burgundy wines": this may be the case, but this is not at all what is being said here

"he takes great care in featuring them": same comment as above; he takes great care "to" would be better here

"featuring them into": wrong preposition. English would require "in" here, not "into".

"culinary creations": is a little OTT for the register of "préparations".

I suggest that you have your final version proofread, which is always a good idea anyway.

I noted in previous posts that you used "going into UK English" which is an unusual turn of phrase.
