il s'agit toujours d'un contrat de location d'un magasin.

Für sämtliche Mieterausbauten definiert der Vermieter die Zugänge und Lagerplätze ausserhalb der Mietsache. Ohne allfällig gestellte Ansprüche von Dritten, erfolgt die zur Verfügungsstellung an den Mieter kostenlos.

J'ai l'impression qu'il manque quelque chose dans la deuxième phrase. Ou alors le "zur" est en trop. Quelle est votre opinion?
