Italian term

immagine coordinata

Italian to English Marketing Other
I am quite aware that this term is normally transalated with "corporate identity" however I am translating a website for client who also managed the "immagine coordinata" for charity foundations, cultural festivals, town parades ect. If I cannot use "corporate" what should I use?

Art direction dell'immagine coordinata della Fondazione F........, Onlus che opera nel territorio veneto sviluppando progetti culturali.
Proposed translations (English)
5 coordinated image
3 brand

Discussion

Vanessa Bruno Nov 11, 2020:
Gli spazi/le aree saranno allineati all’immagine coordinata (nome dell'azienda)

Would "coordinated image" fit here, too? What about CORPORATE IMAGE?
Tom in London Apr 24, 2015:
Agree I kind of agree with Jim (see my suggestion & note)
James (Jim) Davis Apr 23, 2015:
@Phil A Fondazione onlus is nonprofit and whether technically a corporation or not, they would not want to be associated with what most people associate most with the corporate world and that is profit. They would not want that identity or image.
Howard Sugar (asker) Apr 23, 2015:
A film festival is not a corporation though!
philgoddard Apr 23, 2015:
Why can't you use corporate? A "fondazione" is a corporation.

neutral philgoddard : This is the literal translation, but it doesn't sound very English. And how is image different from brand?

brand

Even museums talk about their "brands" so it isn't necessarily corporate or tangible.

agree philgoddard : Or identity.

disagree Tom in London : a "brand" always has strongly commercial intentions, aimed at creating customer identification and loyalty. There doesn't seem to be any commercial purpose here.
