Nun Zuwendung zum Acetabulum und Darstellung der Pfanne. Diese sitzt fest im Acetabulum. Nun vorsichtiges Ummeisseln der Pfanne mit dem Ausschlagsintrumentarium. Hierdurch laesst sich die Pfanne ohne grossen Substanzdefekt entfernen. Hinter der Pfanne zeigt sich ebenfalls metallotisch veraendertes Bindegewebe. Abstrichentnahme aus dem Pfannengrund. Nachfraesen der Pfanne, letztendlich bis zur Groesse 59.
I am in conflict over Pfanne and Acetabulum. Acetabulum is "Hueftpfanne". I am aware of that, now should I use (joint) socket for "Pfanne", so that I don't repeat "Acetabulum" too often? There is definitely too many "Pfannen" for me right now. Another thing is "Diese sitzt fest im Acetabulum". "The socket is positioning firmly inside the acetabulum."????
Any help would be appreciated!?!
