Basically, I have moderately severe-profound sloping hearing loss in my left ear (moderate-severe in frequencies lower than 1000 Hz and profound rising to severe deafness in 1000 Hz and higher) and mild-severe hearing loss in my right ear only in the high frequencies (higher than 750 Hz). In the lower frequencies, 250 Hz to 750 Hz, I have typical hearing.

neutral  Charles Davis: I think this must be what it means in practice, but I'm bothered by "caída" and don't know how to interpret "pérdida de caída", which is what held me back from answering. Perhaps it should be ignored.

-> 1) the phrase makes no sense and is unfindable per se and 2) it is a typo/mistake

agree  TravellingTrans: seems to mostly be used with hair loss but it would be the same thing, I'd simplify with "hearing loss"
