Spanish term or phrase: PID
I'm unsure of this abbreviation appearing in a Spanish hospital/patient record. Would it stand for Patient Identification/Patient ID even though it's not in English? It comes right after the name of a breast cancer patient who has had a corporal CAT scan. The document originates from a hospital located in Spain. I need advice on this ASAP as the translation is due in the next couple of hours. TIA!

It is not only the ID as it includes full name, address, ID, etc.
"Información relativa al paciente: nombre, apellido, dirección, identificadores (NIF, NHC, etc")
