Spanish translation: Cimentando los fundamentos

English term or phrase: Securing Foundations
This is a heading/title that is used in a Teaching Resources Handbook. Resources are different maths items for young children. There are references to "Securing Foundations" 2, 3, etc. section throughout the book.

I thought of "Afianzar las Bases", "Una Base Sólida" but am not convinced and I can't seem to find anything that works.

I wonder if anyone can come up with a good option in Spanish. TIA.

fundamentos de apoyo

Explanation:
Creo que se trata de los fundamentos que apoyan/respaldan el uso de los recursos. En metodología de la enseñanza se utiliza mucho el término 'fundamentos' (en lugar de 'bases').

Releyendo tu ejemplo (y dependiendo del resto del texto, claro), estoy pensando en que también podrías usar 'Fundamentos pedagógicos'.

Hola, Patricia. Si lo que se describe en cada punto avala el uso de los recursos, sin dudas se está hablando de fundamentos pedagógicos.

Example sentence(s):
  • La aplicación de algunos fundamentos de apoyo psicosocial, que se tratarán...

Asker: Gracias Gabriela, en efecto, son los fundamentos que respaldan el uso de los recursos - la traducción es para España (siento no haberlo aclarado arriba) y de ahí mi duda... Me gusta Fundamentos pedagógicos, creo que aquí puede funcionar, pero no estoy segura. Gracias.

Asker: Thank you! I finally went for Estableciendo los Fundamentos (client suggestion)

neutral  Rocio Barrientos: Cimentando creo que no es una palabra incluida en el RAE, Afirmando es una más aceptable en este contexto
