It has occurred to me that they mean " garanti de différés " and " rachat de différés " (rather than "garantis" and "rachat de différés") although I still don't know what they mean by différés.

Hi Phil,

This is a PPT presentation on a streamlined system for selecting new recruits for jobs in a big company - nature of jobs not specified but am assuming middle to fairly senior management since they refer to headhunting. I don't think it's stock options - more likely to be buying people out of their contracts with other firms (e.g.paying compensation for their period of notice)

Could it be something to do with employee stock options? What does it say before and after this? And how have you translated "garantis"?
