but what is "JRS"? - "jours" is all I can come up with

La journée de solidarité
Synthèse
La journée de solidarité, qui consiste en une journée de travail supplémentaire (qui peut éventuellement être fractionnée en heures), est destinée au financement d’actions en faveur de l’autonomie des personnes âgées ou handicapées. Cette journée ne donne en principe pas lieu à rémunération supplémentaire, des dispositions étant toutefois prévues pour que les salariés changeant d’employeur en cours d’année n’aient pas à effectuer plusieurs journées de solidarité dans l’année.
