Install the accessory (screwdriver bit or socket wrench) on the fastening element only when the power tool is switched off.

Description of the power tool operation

When the power tool is operated, the tightening up of threaded fastening elements includes two stages: tightening up and setting-up with the operated impact mechanism. The impact mechanism is activated as soon as the threaded connection is tightened and the engine load is increased. In this way, the impact mechanism is changing the engine torsion torque into uniform rotary strokes.
