The Customer Service Department has a full time position available for a Gatekeeper Representative. This position will be responsible for improving the quality of the customer database by identifying, updating and eliminating duplicate records. Additional responsibilities include reviewing returned mail, auditing UPS corrections and account maintenance. Special Projects include: Integrations match process and assisting other divisions in database clean up. Customer contact will be necessary to verify duplicate accounts. Open new accounts if requested.
