This is an EEG report. The conclusion states:
"Opisana su epileptiforme promene, ali bez jasne komicijalne spremnosti"
I've found references to "readiness potentials" and also to "convulsive readiness", which may have relevance if epileptiform patterns are being observed, however I can find no hints to what "komicijalna" may mean.

komicijalna means an annoucment, signal of epileptic crisis. found it through italian "comiziale" when in the Old Rome, senators stopped the sessions, when some of them shew the signs of comiziale attacco, which was a bad omen.
