- revocation entry = Eingabe des Widerrufs
- revocation process = Widerrufverfahren
- revocation report = Widerrufprotokoll
- revocation request = Widerrufanforderung
- Outstanding Revocation Requests report = Protokoll über ausstehende Widerrufungen


Hat jemand bessere Vorschläge? "Widerruf" klingt irgendwie so nach Gerichtsverfahren... Alternativ dazu habe ich an "Sperrung" usw. gedacht, aber das ist auch nicht so toll.


By the end of 2006, all applications are expected to provide detailed entitlement data to EEEE, allowing managers to review their staff's access through a centralized tool. Once this feed is successfully setup to periodically (usually daily) send data to EEEE, the ISA group no longer needs to provide entitlement reports to reviewers. Providing this data to EEEE also consolidates the **revocation requests** from the reviewers into daily reports to the ISA group. Because EEEE generates automated **revocation requests** to the security administrators of the applications, there is a need to ensure that the ISA group can understand and action these requests before an application’s feed is moved to the EEEE production environment. To ensure that these **revocation requests** are actionable by ISA, an application’s ISA group must attest that the group can handle the EEEE generated **revocation requests** before a feed is moved to the EEEE production environment.

The manager will review the access and entitlements assigned to each worker and choose to approve or revoke/remove the access. Managers may select to remove all access for an application (typically means to delete the ID) or may select to revoke a single entitlement.

When a manager has completed and signed off on an Entitlement Review, EEEE captures any entitlements marked ‘revoke’ in a request queue. These requests are only generated once the Signoff phase has been completed. Once a **revocation request** is generated, notification is sent to the relevant ISA via a **Revocation Report** asking that they revoke access per the request.

From the Review Workbench screen within EEEE, a manager/reviewer can select the Review Id link from the Outstanding Requests portion of the screen to view a detailed list of outstanding **revocation requests**. Note: After the Signoff is completed, EEEE consolidates all manager **revocation requests** into a single daily report.

a. Each **revocation entry** has a separate Request ID to assist with tracking. A specific ISA group will process the **revocation** depending on the system access to be revoked. System specific information, including the ISA group contact information for an application, can be found by clicking on the application name. EEEE is fed this information from CSI, so any inaccuracies should be addressed within CSI.

b. The reviewer may cancel a **revocation request** by clicking on the trashcan next to the request that is to be rescinded. While this alone will rescind a **revocation request**, the reviewer is also encouraged to send an email directly to the applications ISA group requesting that the entitlement not be revoked. If the request has already been received by ISA per the ISA Rec’d column than the reviewer must contact the appropriate ISA directly. If the reviewer contacts ISA after the request has been processed, then it is up to the ISA group local procedures to indicate if additional paperwork/approval is required to recreate the entitlement.

Some ISA Groups will not accept instructions for **revocation of entitlements** through EEEE. The reviewer will be notified via email if they select any entitlements for **revocation** during the review that cannot be processed through EEEE. Instructions for **revocation** will be included in that email. In addition, if a **revocation request** requires an alternate process, a red Alternate Processing Required link appears in the **Outstanding Revocation Requests report**.
