Trados 2011 激活问题

激活2011时，选择了脱机激活，也输了激活代码和安装证书，但是点激活后，出现了“离线激活失败，因为证书已损坏”，激活不了，该怎么办呢？

我都是选择联机激活，没有出现过问题。

我都是选择联机激活，没有出现过问题。


联机激活只需输激活代码，输了显示的是无聊的代码，这个激活代码应该跟脱机激活的代码不一样吧？
