Apoiar o martelo sobre um APC ou calço.
Abrir a garra e afastar a guia móvel do martelo em aproximadamente 500 mm.
Colocar um recipiente na direção da guia, no lado inferior do martelo, para recolher o excesso de óleo.
Despejar aproximadamente 150 ml de óleo lubrificante, na fresta entre a guia e o canal do corpo do martelo, no lado superior, em ambas as guias.
Aproximar a guia móvel do martelo e fechar a garra.
Realizar vários movimentos de subida e descida do martelo, com deslocamentos de aproximadamente 500 mm.
Limpar o excesso de óleo que escorrerá para a base.
2.1.2.2) Procedimento para lubrificação da parte superior da guia (área de deslocamento da viga móvel):
Apoiar o martelo sobre um APC ou calço.
Com a viga móvel apoiada sobre o martelo, limpar (com espátula e pano) a guia até o final da mesma.
Passar (com espátula) uma fina camada de graxa para rolamento, em toda a superfície da guia.
Abrir a garra e levantar a viga móvel em aproximadamente 700 mm.
Passar a graxa na parte da guia entre a viga móvel e o martelo.
Realizar vários movimentos de subida e descida da viga móvel, com deslocamentos de aproximadamente 700 mm.
Tipo de óleo recomendado: Lubrax TX 150 ou similar
Tipo de graxa recomendada: Shell Alvania EP / Texaco Multifak EP ou similar
2.1.3) Viga móvel:
A viga móvel tem construção bi-partida e é sustentada pelos cilindros hidráulicos que, por sua vez, são fixados por conjuntos olhal-eixo na travessa superior.
A viga móvel tem contra-guias de bronze que devem ser lubrificadas semanalmente:
2.1.3.1) Procedimento de lubrificação das contra-guias de bronze:
Os bicos graxeiros estão montados no lado superior da viga móvel. Bombar, com uma graxeira, aproximadamente 30 gramas da graxa recomendada, em cada contra-guia.
Tipo de graxa recomendada: Shell Alvania EP / Texaco Multifak EP ou similar
2.1.4) Conjunto da Garra:
A garra (tipo tesoura) está montada na viga móvel, sendo responsável pelo acoplamento da viga móvel ao martelo. A ação de abrir / fechar a garra é executada pelo cilindro pneumático que, avançado fecha a garra e retraído abre a garra. Na montagem é essencial que a haste do cilindro seja parafusada, na articulação superior da garra, até o final de sua rosca, sem utilizar contra-porca, garantindo um curso adequado para um fechamento seguro. A guia da haste do cilindro (montada no suporte e parafusada na viga móvel) deve ser montada alinhada e paralela com relação a haste, sendo mantida sempre limpa e lubrificada semanalmente com a graxa recomendada. O conjunto da garra deverá ser lubrificado semanalmente.
2.1.4.1) Procedimento de lubrificação do conjunto da garra:
Viga móvel apoiada no martelo.
Lubrificar todos os pinos graxeiros do conjunto da garra, colocando aproximadamente 10 gramas em cada bico das hastes móveis e 20 gramas em cada mancal/eixo.
Limpar e lubrificar a guia da haste do cilindro com uma fina camada de graxa e seu mancal com aproximadamente 10 gramas.

3.) Proteção com portas tipo guilhotina:
Projeto desenvolvido pela Engenharia de Instalações – Cruzeiro: desenho AMH–10011-01
As portas de segurança são de policarbonato LEXAN LX-10 (DayBrasil), com espessura de 8 mm.
4.) Equipamento Pneumático:
A marca dos equipamentos montados (cilindros / válvulas / conjuntos regulador – lubrificador) é Werk Schott (site na web: werk-schott.com.br).
Foram montados dois circuitos pneumáticos, como segue:
4.1) O cilindro da garra é alimentado pelo regulador do lado esquerdo (visto do lado de carga do martelo), que deve ser ajustado entre 6,0 e 6,5 Bar. A linha de pressão segue direto para a válvula direcional. Nas entradas dos cilindros foram montadas válvulas de escape rápido, para obter a máxima velocidade no movimento de abrir ou fechar a garra.
4.2) Os cilindros das portas de segurança são alimentados pelo regulador do lado direito, que deve ser ajustado entre 5,0 e 5,5 Bar. A linha de pressão segue direto para a válvula direcional de cada porta de segurança. Nas entradas dos cilindros foram montadas válvulas reguladoras de fluxo, para ajuste da velocidade de abertura e fechamento das portas.

5.) Sistema hidráulico:
O sistema hidráulico foi adquirido da empresa CEC Hidráulica ( São Paulo – f.: 11-21971600 – www.cechidraulica.com.br) e os componentes são de fabricação da Vickers (Eaton).
A listagem dos componentes está descrita no diagrama hidráulico que acompanha este manual.
Os 2 cilindros hidráulicos, do movimento da viga móvel, foram fabricados com tecnologia Vickers e seguiram o dimensional do projeto mecânico.
5.1) Descrição básica do sistema:
Como os cilindros estão fixados pelos olhais na travessa superior e fixados pela flange na viga móvel, o movimento de subida da viga móvel + martelo ocorre quando os cilindros estão retraindo e o movimento de descida, quando os cilindros estão avançando.
O movimento de subida é obtido quando a válvula direcional (item “M”) é acionada na posição “paralela”.
Para um controle mais acurado de posicionamento do martelo, o sistema foi construído para uma velocidade lenta de subida, regulada através de uma válvula de fluxo (item “O”), que permite um ajuste fino da velocidade. Esta válvula é equipada com chave, o que evita regulagens não autorizadas.
No movimento de subida obtém-se também uma velocidade rápida, quando a válvula direcional (item “N”) é acionada, fazendo um “by-pass” do fluxo de óleo para não passar pela válvula de fluxo (item “O”). O movimento rápido não tem regulagem de velocidade, que depende somente da vazão da bomba.
Para um melhor equilíbrio da viga móvel + martelo, no movimento de subida, o fluxo de óleo é dividido igualmente pelos cilindros, através da válvula divisora de fluxo (item “Q”).
O movimento de descida é obtido quando a válvula direcional (item “M”) é acionada na posição “cruzada”.
A velocidade da descida é controlada apenas pelas válvulas de fluxo (item “R”), instaladas nas tubulações das entradas do lado de retração dos cilindros. Estas válvulas permitem uma ampla gama de velocidade e devem estar reguladas de forma a equilibrar a viga móvel no movimento de descida.
Quando ao finalizar um movimento (subida ou descida) a válvula direcional (item “M”) fica na posição central, o fluxo de óleo é interrompido e a ação das válvulas de retenção pilotadas (item “T” e item “P”) é imediata. Desta forma a viga móvel e martelo permanecem parados, mesmo em longos períodos de inatividade, independente se a bomba está ou não ligada.
A regulagem de pressão do sistema é obtido pela válvula de pressão (item “L”) que incorpora a função de “by-pass” da saída da bomba para o reservatório, quando não há comando para as solenóides da válvula direcional (item “M”), ou seja, o óleo fica circulando entre : filtro de pressão (item “J”) – trocador de calor (item “S”) – filtro de retorno (item “I”) – retornando ao reservatório. Desta forma, a indicação de pressão do sistema pelo manômetro, só é possível quando o solenóide da válvula de pressão (item “L”) é acionado, o que ocorre simultaneamente a um dos solenóides da direcional (item “M”) ter sido comandado.
5.2) Regulagens do sistema hidráulico:
5.2.1) Pressão de trabalho:
Observou-se que com pressão de 120 Bar, já inicia-se movimento ascendente do martelo.
Adotou-se então, um fator de aproximadamente 15% para definir a pressão de trabalho do sistema, que ficou definida em 140 Bar ( 14 M Pascal ).
Translation - English 2.1.2.1) Procedure for lubricating the inferior part of the groove (hammer’s work space):
Support the hammer over an APC or skid.
Open the clutch and separate the mobile groove approximately 500 mm.
Place a container in the same direction of the groove, in the inferior part of the hammer, so as to collect the excess of oil.
Shed approximately 150 ml of lubricating oil into the gap between the groove and the channel in the hammer's body, on the superior side, in both the grooves.
Bring the mobile groove near the hammer and shut the clutch.
Carry out several up and down movements of the hammer, with 500 mm displacements each.
Clean the excess of oil leaking to the base.
2.1.2.2) Procedure for lubricating the superior part of the groove (mobile beam's displacement area):
Place the hammer over an APC or skid.
With the mobile beam lying on the hammer, clean (with spatula and cloth) the groove up to its extremity.
Spread (with spatula) a thin grease layer for bearings, over the groove's entire surface.
Open the clutch and raise the mobile beam approximately 700 mm.
Spread the grease over the part of the groove between the mobile and the hammer.
Carry out several up and down movements of the hammer, with 700 mm displacements each.

2.1.3) Mobile beam:
The mobile beam has a bipartite/split construction and sitting on hydraulic cylinders which, on their turn, are fixed by grommet-axle sets on the superior crossbar.
The mobile beam has bronze counter-leads that should be lubricated weekly.
2.1.3.1) Lubricating procedure for the brass counter-leads:
The greasing beaks lie on the superior side of the mobile beam. With a greasing device, pump approximately 30 grams of the recommended grease, on each counter-lead.
Type of grease recommended: Shell Alvania EP / Texaco Multifak EP or similar
2.1.4) Clutch Set:
The clutch (scissor-type) is assembled lying on the mobile beam, and is responsible for the coupling between the mobile beam and the hammer. The action of opening/shutting the clutch is performed by the pneumatic cylinder which, in the forward position, shuts the clutch, and when in the backward position opens it. When assembling it, it is vital that the cylinders bar be screwed, in the clutch's superior articulation, down to the end of its thread, without using a counter-bolt, thus ensuring a proper course for a safe shutting. The cylinder’s bar groove (assembled on the support and screwed to the mobile beam) should be assembled aligned and parallel to the bar, and should be kept clean at all times, as well as lubricated weekly with the recommended grease. The clutch set should be lubricated weekly.
2.1.4.1) Lubricating procedure for the clutch set:
Mobile beam lying on the hammer.
Lubricate all the greasing pins of the clutch set, feeding approximately 10 grams to each beak of the mobile bars and 20 grams to each bearing/bar.
Clean and lubricate the cylinder’s bar groove with a thin grease layer, and its bearing with approximately 10 grams.

3.) Protection with drop-gates:
A project developed by the Engineering Facilities dept. - Cruzeiro: drawing AMH–10011-01
The safety gates are of polycarbonate LEXAAN LX-10 (DayBrasil), 8 mm thickness.
4.) Pneumatic Equipment:
The assembled equipments brand (cylinders / valves / regulating sets – lubricator) is Werk Schott (website: werk-schott.com.br).
Two pneumatic circuits were mounted, as follows:
4.1) The clutch cylinder is fed by the left side regulator (seen from the hammer’s side) which should be adjusted between 6.0 and 6.5 Bar. The pressure line runs directly into the directional valve. In the cylinders inlets fast venting valves were assembled, so as to achieve the maximum speed in the clutch’s opening or shutting movement.
4.2¬) The safety gates’ cylinders are fed by the regulator on the right-hand side, which should be adjusted between 5.0 and 5.5 Bar. The pressure line runs directly into the directional valve of each safety door. In the cylinders inlets, flow regulating valves were assembled, for adjusting the opening and shutting speed of the gates.

5.) Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic system was bought from CEC Hydraulic (São Paulo - phone number: 11-21971600 – www.cechidraulica.com.br) and its components are manufactured by Vickers (Eaton).
The component’s list is included in the hydraulic diagram attached to this manual.
The 2 hydraulic cylinders, for the mobile beam movement, were manufactured with Vickers technology and followed the mechanical design's sizing.
5.1) Basic Description of the System:
Since the cylinders are fixed through the grommets in the superior crossbar and fixed through the flange in the mobile beam, the mobile beam + hammer upward movement happens when the cylinders are coming back. The downwards movement happens when the cylinders are advancing.
The upwards movement is performed when the directional valve (item "M") is triggered in the "parallel" position.
For a more accurate hammer positioning control, the system was conceived for a slow upwards speed, regulated through a flow valve (item "O"), which allows a fine adjustment of the speed. Such valve is equipped with a key, which avoids unauthorized settings.
In the upward movement, a high speed is achieved when the directional valve (item “N”) is triggered, by making a “by-pass” of the oil flow so as not passing through the flow value (item “O”). The fast movement has no speed adjustment, which depends solely on the pump’s flow.
For an improved balance of the mobile beam + hammer, in the upward movement, the oil flow is divided into equal parts by the cylinders, through a dividing flow valve (item “Q”).
The upwards movement is performed when the directional valve (item "M") is triggered in the "parallel" position.
The downwards movement is controlled only by the flow valves (item “R”), installed in the pipelines at the inlets of the cylinders withdrawal side. Such valves allow a wide choice of speeds and should be regulated so as to balance the mobile beam in the downwards movement.
When, upon concluding a movement (up or down) the directional valve (item "M") stays in the central position, the oil flow is interrupted and the actions of the human operated retention valves (item “T” and item “P”) is immediate. Thus, the mobile beam and the hammer remain paralyzed, and even in long periods of inaction, regardless of whether the pump is on or not.
The pressure gauging of the system is achieved by the pressure valve (item "L") which incorporates the outlet "by-pass" function of the pump for the reservoir, when there is no command for the directional valve solenoids (item “M”), in other words, it remains circulating between: pressure filter (item “J”) – heat exchanger (item “S”) – return filter (item “I”) - then returning to the reservoir. This way, the pressure indication of the system by the manometer is only possible when the solenoid of the pressure valve (item “L”) is triggered, which happens simultaneously to when one of the solenoids in the (item "M") has been commanded.
5.2) Hydraulic System Settings:
5.2.1) Work Pressure:
It has been observed that with a 120 Bar pressure, an upwards movement of the hammer is already started.
Thus, an approximately 15% factor has been adopted in order to define the system's work pressure, which was defined at 140 Bar ( 14 M Pascal ).

Dans le cadre de son activité, le CLIENT souhaite acheter auprès d’un professionnel 25 Wagons Tombereaux et confier à ce dernier l’exécution des prestations associées.
Le FOURNISSEUR, après avoir effectué un état des lieux, assure connaître tous les aspects techniques, organisationnels et fonctionnels des problèmes à traiter et affirme disposer des compétences professionnelles, des capacités techniques et des moyens appropriés lui permettant d’exécuter la commande attendue par le CLIENT, en application des présentes.
• CHOIX DU FOURNISSEUR
Il est précisé qu’à l’issue de la consultation faite par le CLIENT et négociations effectuées par les PARTIES pour la fourniture des 25 wagons tombereaux et de services associés, le choix du CLIENT s’est porté sur la société AMSTED MAXION en raison de sa notoriété internationale, de son savoir faire et du vaste réseau dont il dispose pour répondre aux exigences du CLIENT.
1. DISPOSITION GENERALE
1.1 NOTION GENERALE
Les dispositions des présentes forment les conditions particulièresconclues entre les PARTIES. Ces Conditions particulières dans la mesure où elles sont plus favorables au CLIENT prévalent dans toutes les circonstances sur toute autre condition y compris sur les Conditions Générales de vente du FOURNISSEUR. Par l'acceptation du présent CONTRAT, le FOURNISSEUR renonce expressément à ses propres conditions générales de vente et de prestation de services.
1.2 OBJET DU CONTRAT
Le présent CONTRAT a pour objet de définir les termes et conditions par lesquels le FOURNISSEUR s’engage à assurer, pour le compte et sur ordre du CLIENT, l’exécution de la livraison des Wagons sur le site du CLIENT.

Les documents suivants constituent ensemble le présent CONTRAT:

En cas de contradiction entre les termes de ces documents, les documents cités en premier prévaudront sur les suivants.
Les documents contractuels : Cahier des Clauses administratives générales des prestations de services, Consigne Générale d’Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement, les Normes, les Standards du CLIENT et les règlements ne sont pas matériellement joints au présent CONTRAT. Cependant le FOURNISSEUR reconnaît être en possession de ces documents qu’il déclare accepter en l’état au jour de la signature du CONTRAT.
Pour l’exécution du CONTRAT, le FOURNISSEUR s’engage à rendre ses propres règlements d’Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement cohérents avec la Consigne Générale d’Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement.
Le présent CONTRAT et ses annexes annulent tous les documents de toute nature échangés entre les PARTIES, en particulier les lettres, télécopies et courriers, ainsi que tout accord antérieur passé relativement à l’objet du présent CONTRAT entre le FOURNISSEUR et le CLIENT avant la conclusion des présentes et non expressément repris ou cités dans celui-ci.
Dans les documents constituant le présent CONTRAT, les termes « CONTRAT» et « MARCHĖ » pourront être utilisés indifféremment et auront la même définition.
1.5 EFFET - DUREE
Le présent CONTRAT entre en vigueur à compter de sa date de signature par les PARTIES.
INTERPRETATION DU CONTRAT
Toutes correspondances, documentations ou discussions, et plus généralement tout échange afférent au présent CONTRAT se feront en français. Les PARTIES ne pourront invoquer une quelconque information se rapportant à des décisions données dans une autre langue que le français.
Sauf dispositions contraires stipulées dans le CONTRAT, une référence à un autre article doit être considérée comme étant dans le même Article du CONTRAT que celui dans lequel la référence apparaît.
L’expertise du FOURNISSEUR au titre des PRESTATIONS qu’il s’est engagé par les présentes à exécuter est pour le CLIENT, un élément fondamental important dans la conclusion du présent CONTRAT. Aussi, toutes révisions, approbations ou instructions émises par le CLIENT, ne libèrent pas le FOURNISSEUR des obligations qui lui incombent de vérifier l’applicabilité desdites instructions au regard de la loi et de la réglementation spécifique aux PRESTATIONS du présent CONTRAT.
1.6 MODIFICATIONS, AJOUTS ET AVENANTS AU CONTRAT
Pendant la durée du CONTRAT, les PARTIES pourront conjointement apporter des modifications aux clauses et dispositions du présent CONTRAT. Ces modifications seront effectuées par voie d’avenant. Ces avenants, une fois signés par les PARTIES, feront partie intégrante du présent CONTRAT.
Le fait pour l’une des PARTIES de ne pas se prévaloir d'un manquement par l'autre PARTIE à l'une des obligations du présent CONTRAT ne saurait être interprété comme une renonciation à l'exécution de l'obligation en cause et n'affectera en aucune façon la validité du présent CONTRAT, ni celle d'aucune de ses stipulations.
2. DISPOSITION DE GESTION
2.1 ETENDUE DES PRESTATIONS
Les PRESTATIONS, objet du présent CONTRAT, comprennent l’ensemble des PRESTATIONS énumérées dans le Cahier des Charges (Annexe 1).
Le CONTRACTANT exécutera les PRESTATIONS en conformité avec les pièces citées dans l’Article 1. 4 du présent CONTRAT.

• ESCOLHA DO FORNECEDOR
Fica ressalvado que ao cabo da consulta feita pelo CLIENTE e das negociações efetuadas pelas PARTES para o fornecimento dos 25 vagões de carga e serviços relacionados, a escolha do CLIENTE recaiu sobre a empresa XXXXXX em razão de seu renome internacional, do seu savoir-faire, e da vasta rede de que ela dispõe para corresponder às exigências do CLIENTE.
5. DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
1.7 NOÇÃO GERAL
As disposições das presentes cláusulas formam as condições específicas pactuadas entre as PARTES. Tais Condições específicas, na medida em que são mais favoráveis ao CLIENTE, prevalecem em todas as circunstâncias sobre qualquer outra condição, incluindo as Condições Gerias de venda do FORNECEDOR. Para a aceitação do presente CONTRATO, o FORNECEDOR renuncia expressamente às suas próprias condições gerais de venda e de prestação de serviços.
1.2 OBJETO DO CONTRATO
O presente CONTRATO tem por objeto definir os termos e condições pelos quais o FORNECEDOR se compromete a assegurar, por conta e sob encomenda do CLIENTE, a execução do fornecimento dos Vagões no local do CLIENTE.
1.3 DEFINIÇÕES
Os termos definidos abaixo terão o sentido que lhes é dado a seguir:

Conjunto de materiais a fornecer ao CLIENTE, tal como definidos no caderno de especificações técnicas no anexo 2, segundo as condições tarifárias do FORNECEDOR.
SERVIÇOS RELACIONADOS
Os Serviços Relacionados são o conjunto das PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO, com exceção do caderno do presente CONTRATO.
BENS CONFIADOS
Os bens pertencentes ao CLIENTE colocados sob o controle do FORNECEDOR, incluídos os suprimentos fornecidos pelo CLIENTE ou os instrumentos fabricados pelo FORNECEDOR por conta e às expensas do CLIENTE.
1.4 DOCUMENTOS CONTRATUAIS
Os documentos a seguir constituem conjuntamente o presente CONTRATO:
• O presente documento, bem como seus anexos :
• anexo n° 1 : Proposta técnica do FORNECEDOR devidamente assinando por ambas as partes.
• anexo n°2 : Planejamento de execução fornecido pela AMSTEDMAXION e validado pela COMILOG SA
• Anexo n°4 : Certificados das apólices de seguro cobrindo o conjunto dos riscos relacionados à execução das PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO.
• As Instruções Gerais de Higiene, Segurança e Meio-Ambiente do CLIENTE.
Em caso de contradição entre os termos destes documentos, os documentos citados em primeiro lugar prevalecerão sobre os seguintes
Documentos contratuais: Caderno de Cláusulas administrativas gerais das prestações de serviços, Instruções Gerais de Higiene, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, as Normas do CLIENTE e os regulamentos não estão anexados fisicamente ao presente CONTRATO. Entretanto, o FORNECEDOR reconhece estar de posse destes documentos, que ele declara aceitar tal como estão no dia da assinatura do CONTRATO.
Para a execução do CONTRATO, o FORNECEDOR se compromete a tornar seus próprios regulamentos de Higiene, Segurança e Meio Ambiente coerentes com as Instruções Gerais de Higiene, Segurança e Meio-Ambiente.
O presente CONTRATO e seus anexos anulam todos os documentos de toda e qualquer natureza entre as PARTES, em particular as cartas, faxes e mensagens, bem como todo e qualquer acordo assinado anteriormente com relação ao objeto do presente CONTRATO entre o FORNECEDOR e o CLIENTE, antes da conclusão das presentes disposições e não expressamente retomados ou citados neste documento.
Nos documentos que constituem o presente CONTRATO, os termos « CONTRATO» e « MERCADO » poderão ser utilizados indiferentemente e terão a mesma definição.
1.11 VALIDADE - DURAÇÃO
O presente CONTRATO entra em vigor a contar da data de assinatura pelas PARTES.
INTERPRETAÇÃO DO CONTRATO
Todas as correspondências, documentações ou discussões, e de forma geral todo intercâmbio relativo ao presente CONTRATO se farão em francês. As PARTES não poderão invocar qualquer informação relacionada às decisões que seja dada em uma língua que não o francês.
Salvo disposições em contrário estipuladas no CONTRATO, uma referência a outro artigo deve ser considerada como estando no mesmo Artigo do CONTRATO daquele na qual a dita referência aparece.
A expertise do FORNECEDOR a título das PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO a que este se comprometeu pelo presente documento a executar é, para o CLIENTE, um elemento importante e fundamental na conclusão do presente CONTRATO. Assim também, nenhuma das revisões, aprovações, ou instruções emitidas pelo CLIENTE eximem o FORNECEDOR das obrigações que lhe cabem, de verificar a aplicabilidade das ditas instruções aos olhos da lei e da regulamentação específica às PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO do presente CONTRATO.
1.6 MODIFICAÇÕES, ADITIVOS E ADITAMENTOS CONTRATUAIS
Durante a validade do CONTRATO, as PARTES poderão conjuntamente fazer modificações nas cláusulas e disposições do presente CONTRATO. Tais modificações serão efetuadas por meio de aditamentos. Tais aditamentos, uma vez assinados pelas PARTES, serão parte integral do presente CONTRATO.
O fato de que uma das PARTES deixe de impor o cumprimento pela outra PARTE de uma das obrigações do presente CONTRATO não será interpretado como renúncia à execução da obrigação em questão, nem afetará de qualquer forma a validade do CONTRATO ou a de quaisquer de suas disposições.
2. DISPOSIÇÕES DE GESTÃO
2.1 ESCOPO DAS PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO
As PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO, objeto do presente CONTRATO, compreendem o conjunto das PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO enumeradas no Caderno de Especificações Técnicas (Anexo 1).
A CONTRATADA executará as PRESTAÇÕES DE SERVIÇO em conformidade com as peças citadas no Artigo 1.4 do presente CONTRATO.

1. The design of the following treatise is to investigate the fundamental laws of those operations of the mind by which reasoning is performed;
to give expression to them in the symbolical language of a Calculus, and upon this foundation to establish the science of Logic and construct its method;
to make that method itself the basis of a general method for the application of the mathematical doctrine of Probabilities;
and, finally, to collect from the various elements of truth brought to view in the course of these inquiries some probable intimations concerning the nature and constitution of the human mind.
2. That this design is not altogether a novel one it is almost needless to remark, and it is well known that to its two main practical divisions of Logic and Probabilities a very considerable share of the attention of philosophers has
been directed.
In its ancient and scholastic form, indeed, the subject of Logic stands almost exclusively associated with the great name of Aristotle.
As it was presented to ancient Greece in the partly technical, partly metaphysical disquisitions of the Organon, such, with scarcely any essential change, it has
continued to the present day.
The stream of original inquiry has rather been directed towards questions of general philosophy, which, though they have arisen among the disputes of the logicians, have outgrown their origin, and given to successive ages of speculation their peculiar bent and character.

This CONTRACT, entered into this XX day of XXX, 200X, by and between XXXX– XXXX, division of XXXX XXXX, a XXX corporation, having an office at XXXX(hereinafter called CORPORATION), and XXXX residing at______________________________ (hereinafter called CONSULTANT).
1. (a) CONSULTANT, as an independent contractor, agrees to perform consulting services on assignments given to him by the CORPORATION. CONSULTANT shall perform such services as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of the CORPORATION, with compensation as set forth in Paragraph 2;
and CONSULTANT expressly disclaims all rights to any benefits which CORPORATION provides its employees such as, but not limited to, workers' compensation, group insurance, vacation, sickness and accident payments, pension and unemployment insurance.
CONSULTANT assumes full liability for the payment of all taxes including income, unemployment insurance, social security, etc.
(b) The parties hereto expect that CONSULTANT's services and assignments under this CONTRACT shall relate to the subject of foundry operations, technical support, and consulting for XXXX / China.
During the term of this agreement, CONSULTANT shall perform such work as requested and render services pursuant to the direction and supervision of XXX, XXXX, or other such person that CORPORATION may designate from time to time.
CONSULTANT shall be available during the hours normally worked by the company’s employees, unless otherwise agreed on between the CORPORATION and CONSULTANT.
