Este artigo tem por objetivo refletir sobre a metodologia pedagógica da escuta. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa, que busca evidenciar a importância dessa abordagem na prática docente da educação infantil, de modo a possibilitar às crianças o exercício do pensamento crítico e a expressão por meio de diferentes linguagens, e ao educador o desenvolvimento da escuta ativa e sensível nas interações com as crianças. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, que objetivou mostrar a relevância da abordagem na prática de educadores que compreendem seus princípios e atuam por meio deles, além de investigar como a documentação pedagógica, pode ser um recurso que potencializa o processo educativo. Os resultados mostram de forma satisfatória, que os professores compreendem que a pedagogia da escuta contribui para sua prática docente, bem como entendem a documentação pedagógica, como recurso que contribui para o desenvolvimento, tanto das crianças, como dos educadores.

Translation - English ABSTRACT
The prime focus of this article was to reflect upon the Pedagogy of listening. For such, qualitative research has been conducted to show the importance and the impact the Pedagogy of listening has on teaching practices during early childhood education, the approach encourages children to practice critical thinking and to express themselves by using different languages, while also allowing teachers to practice active listening and sensible listening during interactions with the students. Field research to show the relevance of the Pedagogy of listening for the teachers who understand and put it into practice was carried out and the results were vital to our understanding of the importance of this approach. The research also looks into how pedagogical documents can be key to enhancing the educational process. The findings indicate that the teachers truly understand how the Pedagogy of listening works and how this approach can add to their teachings, and also how pedagogical documents play a role in the growth and development of teachers and students.

Source text - English Under the ruins of the Rashomon a woodcutter and a priest tell a commoner of a puzzling case in which a woman was raped in the forest, her samurai-warrior husband killed, and a bandit arrested for the crime. They recount four different versions of these crimes told by the bandit, the wife and the husband (via a spiritual medium), and of the woodcutter himself as an unseen witness to events. Each version of events differs from the others in several key respects: the bandit claims that he killed the husband in a sword fight after the wife demanded the two duel to save her from dishonor, a tale seemingly backed up by the woodcutter who also describes a fight to the death at the request of the wife. The wife confesses to murdering her husband with a dagger after he spurned her following the rape, while the husband’s account concludes with his ritual suicide after the departure of the bandit and the wife.
Since the film’s release critics have been fascinated by the irreconcilable narratives of Kurosawa Akira’s Rashomon (1950) and have sought to define the meaning of a film that permits no privileged interpretation.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.Turn the ON/OFF Switch to the “on” position.
2.Identify the type of fabric you will press and then select the temperature setting that matches the fabric to be pressed. It is best to start with the most delicate fabrics first, as higher heat will cause damage to Nylon and Silks.
3.Lay fabric flat on Ironing Board.

Overblocking
Blocking programs prevent access to a substantial number of sites that do not contain content that fits within the blocking company’s stated category definitions. Such overblocking may result from a number of factors discussed below, among them various types of error by blocking company employees as well as shortcomings in the design of blocking programs. Representatives of blocking companies agree that overblocking affects their products.
Human Error and Judgment Calls
Overblocking may occur due to omission of human review or due to errors in the human review process. As previously discussed, blocking companies admit that in some circumstances their programs classify sites without individual human review of each such site. While N2H2 and SmartFilter representatives assert that these circumstances are limited, my testing suggests that human review may be omitted in a number of instances beyond the contexts that company representatives admit. For example, no human reviewer is likely to find “ Red Hot Mama Event Productions” (a web site offering the services of a California event planner) to meet definitions of Sex (SmartFilter) or Adult/Sexually Explicit (Cyber Patrol). Nonetheless, was classified in these categories by the respective programs on multiple occasions, as documented in the Appendices of my testimony. Similarly, the site at is in fact a wooden furniture varnish removal service, yet it is classified as Adult/Sexually Explicit by Cyber Patrol and as Sex by Websense. My 24 research has produced numerous other examples of this sort, and others on the web discuss similar problems at length.
In each instance, page titles and domain names include terms that likely satisfy certain rules of keyword-based searching systems — suggesting the use of such systems, since no human is likely to misclassify these small, straightforward, and unambiguous sites. Even when humans do review a site before classifying it, overblocking may occur because, for large sites in particular, reviewing each page of a site is time-consuming and impractical. As a result, web page reviewers are ordinarily instructed to start their review with the front page of a web site but are told that they need not review every page on a site in order to classify it. However, the most obvious pages on a web site do not always properly indicate the contents of all other pages on the site, and some pages on a site may differ substantially from the majority of others. In particular, even sites widely known to contain some sexually-explicit pictures may also contain extensive non-explicit text content, as in a news section.
Overblocking may also occur because blocking company employees misclassify a site or portion of a site due to ambiguity in classification rules or error in rule application to particular pages. Many sites fail to fit clearly into the category definitions established by blocking companies; while company staff may write additional documentation explaining the intent of their classification systems, categorization accuracy remains uncertain, especially as rules increase in number, length, and complexity. Furthermore, many sites contain content that might be found to fit a number of categories; in such instances it can be especially difficult to properly categorize a site.
Finally, blocking company staff may cause unintended web page blocks as a result of design flaws or subtleties in the blocking database. In particular, certain kinds of site categorizations and exemptions may interact unpredictably with the unusual configurations of certain web servers (especially web servers hosting public content for multiple users, as at an ISP or a free hosting provider such as geocities.com).

Bloqueamento excessivo de conteúdo pode resultar em diversos fatores listados abaixo, dentre eles, erros cometidos por funcionários das empresas de bloqueamento, e defeitos no design de bloqueamento de programas. Representantes de companias de bloqueamento admitem que excesso de bloqueamento afeta seus programas.

Similar com o caso já citado, o site “the strippers.com”(site que oferece serviços de remoção de verniz de móveis) foi classificado como um site de conteúdo “Adulto/sexualmente explícito” pelo Cyber Patrol, e como “sexo” pelo Websense. Minha investigação mostrou diversas outros exemplos parecidos , e diversos internautas também discutem os mesmos problemas. Em todos os casos, o título do site ou seu nome de domínio não condizem com certas regras de sistemas de busca de palavra-chave, o que sugere que tais sistemas sejam de fato usados, já que é improvável que um humano classifique errado esses sites pequenos,diretos e ambíguos.
Mesmo quando humanos de fato analisam um site antes de decidir bloqueá-lo, bloqueamento excessivo ainda pode ocorrer, pois, no caso de sites muito longos analisar todas as páginas consumiria muito tempo e seria extremamente imprático. Por conta disto, analistas de sites geralmente são instruidos a começar sua análise com a página inicial do site, e a analisar tudo em todas as páginas para assim conseguir classificar o site. Entretanto, mesmo as páginas mais óbvias e fáceis de analisar de um site nem sempre indicam o real conteúdo de suas páginas as suas páginas, e uma página de um site pode conter conteúdo completamente diferente do resto das páginas de dito site. Mesmo sites conhecidos por ter imagens sexualmente explícitas podem conter também conteúdo extenso e não-explícito de texto, assim como sessões de um jornal.
Bloqueamento escessivo também pode ocorrer por que funcionários da empresa de bloqueamento classificam errado um site ou mesmo porção dele por conta de ambiguidade em regras de classificação ou erro em aplicação de regras em certas páginas do site. Muitos sites não se encaixam nas categorias de definição estabelicidas pelas empresas de bloqueamento.Mesmo funcionarios podendo escrever documentação adicional explicando a intenção de seu sistema de clissificação, exatidão em suas classificações continua incerta, especialmente agora, que as regras aumentam em número, tamanho e complexidade.
Além disso, diversos sites contém conteúdos que podem se enquadrar em diversas categorias , em tais casos a categorização do site pode ser mais difícil.

Excellent screening performance is guaranteed by the high rotation speed and large amplitude of EasyScreen. The effective spread-out chute feeds material evenly across the entire width of the screen deck allowing a thinner chip layer. The sizing of the screen deck provides an optimal screening area. EasyScreen is available in three sizes up to 1000 loose-m3 /h. The infeed of the largest EasyScreen (Figure 22) is equipped with a separate vibrating chute to provide optimal chip distribution and to improve fines separation.
The flexible rubber bottom pan minimizes sticking of fines, pitch, snow and ice to the fines deck and ensures efficient fines removal in even the most severe weather conditions.
EasyScreen has a non-welded construction, low stress levels and a friction joint principle. The spread-out chute is fixed on the screen support frame instead of the screen basket, thus increasing the rigidity and durability of the basket.
A screen basket made of hot galvanized steel and a bolted assembly enable high reliability. The surface treatment is practically maintenance-free. The drive unit is located above the screen basket to facilitate maintenance.
The screen basket is delivered as one complete unit, enabling fast and easy installation. The screen is supplied with an automatic lubrication unit for the bearings.

Um cesto em tela feito de aço quente galvanizado, e montado a base de parafusamento, fazendo com que o mecanismo seja extremamente confiável. Manutenção na superfície é praticamente dispensável. A unidade de drive é localizada em cima do cesto em tela para facilitar a manutenção.
O cesto em tela é uma unidade completa, sem necessidade de montagem, fazendo com que a instalação seja rápida e fácil. A tela vêm com uma unidade de lubrificação automática para os rolamentos.
