PREAMBLE
The CFONB (as defined below) adopted on June 29th, 2004, the implementation of a new procedure regarding the changing requests of the Issuer Domestic Number (Numéro National d'Emetteur) (hereafter "NNE") by creditors.
The aim of this procedure is to meet creditors' needs, inherent to the acceleration of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, assignments of claims or internal reorganizations and more precisely to prevent them from obtaining new direct debit authorizations from their debtors in case of such changes.
Futher to the (merger, transfer, assignment of claims, internal reorganization,...) made on (*) between (entity to be specified) and the Client, the Client's NNE has changed and the Client wishes to benefit from the procedure as adopted by the French CFONB.

PREAMBULE

Press release
SLIGOS
1992 profitability above 5% as forecasted
The Group turnover improved by 13.5% as compared to 1991, up to 3,645 million francs, which is strictly in line with the predictions disclosed last September. This increase owes entirely to the external growth policy carried out on foreign markets, where the Group managed 29% of its sales figure in 1992.
Corporate results, which have not yet undergone an auditing, show that the Group net profitability ratio is above 5% (it stood at 5.4% in 1991).
These results were achieved after setting up exceptional provisions and depreciation expenses and whose effect was to cancel out practically the entire capital gain earned by the sale of the firm's MANAGIX subsidiary.
Obtaining this high profitability ratio in difficult business surroundings is largely due to the fact that over half of SLIGOS Group sales are recurrent.

Bio
I was born in Streatham (England) and used English as my mother tongue during my childhood and early teens spent in England, as well as in the family.

My secondary schooling in France was completed by a Baccalauréat (Philosophy) degree and my University training by the award of a Licence ès Sciences Economiques in Paris.

My professional career began by working three years for an import-export firm in Paris  and I then held an executive position at Crédit Foncier de France (at that time the national mortgage loan bank here) for thirty years, successively in the financial, legal and insurance departments. They also employed me as an in-house translator for several years, being known as an English native-speaker, as well as being perfectly fluent in French.

Since having set up business as a free-lance translator in 1998, I have carried out translation, proofreading and interpreting work for leading banks and insurance companies, solicitors (contracts and Court sentences), local Regional authorities, (Nord-Pas-de-Calais), marketing agencies and the like.
