- بمراجعة الشاكية لقسم ال (logistics) تبين لها أن المشكو ضده قد قام بتهريب هذه البضائع من مخزن الشاكية بالمنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة دون أن يقم بتخليصها من الجمارك و ذلك ثابت من خلال إقرار و شهادة الموظف و الذي أفاد بموجبها أنه بتواصله مع المشكو ضده الأول لسؤاله عن تلك البضائع و عن كونها غير موجوده بمخزن الشاكية أبلغه الأخير أنه قد قام بالإهتمام بذلك الأمر بنفسه نظراً لكونها بضائع مستعجلة إلا أن الموظف تفاجأ بأن تلك البضائع ما زالت تظهر بسجلات الجمارك الخاصة بالشاكية على أن تلك البضائع ما زالت بمخزن الشاكية حتى الآن. لطفاً أنظر المستند رقم (6)		Translation - Arabic
- Through the Claimant’s referring to the Logistics Department, it became clear to it that the Defendant had smuggled the goods from the Claimant’s warehouse in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone without having cleared them from customs and this is proven through the declaration and certificate of the employee who stated that he communicated with the Defendant to ask him about these goods and that they were not available in the Claimant’s warehouse, the latter informed him that he had taken care of this matter himself due to the fact that they were urgent goods. However, the employee was surprised that these goods still appear in the customs records of the Claimant as if they are still in the warehouse of the Claimant then. - Kindly see Document No. (6)
