Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy

Introduction
Most of the countries in which Multi-Color does business have enacted anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws and regulations.
Under these laws, companies and individuals are subject to severe criminal penalties for paying (or offering to pay) bribes to government officials.
Some of these laws also prohibit the payment of bribes to non-government officials (i.e. commercial bribery), and in many cases, it is also illegal to accept a bribe.
Multi-Color Corporation is committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethical practices and legal compliance.
In keeping with these ethical principles, Multi-Color Corporation has adopted this Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all employees, officers, directors and agents of Multi-Color Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates, comply with all anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws of each country in which Multi-Color does business.
The provisions of this policy apply to all officers, directors, employees and agents of Multi-Color and its subsidiaries (foreign and domestic).
General Corporate Policy.
Multi-Color will conduct every business transaction with integrity, regardless of differing local customs or traditions.
It is the policy of Multi-Color to comply with all applicable anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and regulations, as well as all applicable international trade controls and anti-terrorism laws.
Multi-Color will require all of its employees to act in accordance with this policy, and will use its best efforts to ensure its Agents and other business partners act in accordance with all applicable anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws.

Kebijakan Multi-Color harus mematuhi seluruh hukum dan regulasi anti penyuapan/ anti korupsi yang berlaku, serta kontrol perdagangan internasional dan hukum antiterorisme.
Multi-Color akan mewajibkan seluruh karyawan untuk bertindak sesuai dengan kebijakan ini, dan akan melakukan upaya-upaya terbaik untuk memastikan bahwa Agen-agennya dan mitra bisnis lainnya bertindak sesuai dengan hukum anti korupsi/ anti penyuapan yang berlaku.
