4.1 The Label herewith represents and warrants to *L that the Label owns or controls all applicable rights in connected to all Master Recordings and associated artwork (including but not limited to artwork that includes the picture, likeness or name of any artist) (the "Artwork") submitted to *L and described in the Metadata, as set forth in Exhibit B. "Master Files" shall mean the combination of any of the Master Recordings, Artwork and any supplemental information (such supplemental information referred to as "Metadata"). As such, Label hereby grants to *L the exclusive right, license and authority in connection with the Master Files to do the following:
(a) to digitally transmit and sell copies of the Master Files to End Users in the format of Digital Downloads and "Burn To Order" CD Singles via all 3rd party Websites in relationship with *L and to take all steps required to effect such transmissions and/or deliveries including, without limitation, electronic storage and reproduction.

Translator: English/Spanish/French>Italian and Italian>Spanish adaptations and dialogues for dubbing, subtitling (for the hearing), translations in the spheres of legal, design, agriculture, technical studies, marketing, food and beverage, music, cinema, art.
Exhibition interpreter: for English/French/Spanish-speaking clients in order to understand the message and the goal of their participation in the exhibition. I’ve attended so many exhibitions worldwide and had the chance to know and study in deep the most diverse industries.
Travel interpreter: to make sure both the client and those around the client understand everything that is communicated. I help clients to navigate while they are traveling on business trips, accompanying them to a single meeting or to a handful of meetings. I am not just an interpreter, I often act as cultural liaison, responsible for everything from ordering food to closing million dollar business deals.
