The Sub-Lessee shall, on or prior to the Delivery Date and from time to time in the event of a change to the Insurer, give written notice or procure that the brokers through whom the Insurances are placed give written notice to the Insurer of the assignment specified in Clause 3.1, such notice to be in substantially the same form as that which appears in Schedule 1 (Notice of Assignment of Insurances) or in such other form as the Lessee may reasonably require.
