No browsers can load websites
If neither Firefox nor your other browser can load websites, your problem is not in Firefox, so you should seek support elsewhere:
(Windows 7): See Why can't I connect to the Internet at Microsoft.com.
(Windows Vista): See Troubleshoot Internet connection problems at Microsoft.com.
(Windows XP): See Troubleshooting network connection problems at Microsoft.com
You should also check the following:
Make sure you modem and/or router are both on and are not indicating errors.
If you are using a wireless connection, make sure that you are connected to the right access point.
Make sure your Internet security software (including firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and more) is not blocking connections to the Internet. For instructions on how to configure some programs, see the Firewalls article.

Impossibile caricare i siti web con qualsiasi programma
Se né con Firefox né con altri browser è possibile caricare i siti web, il problema non riguarda Firefox e quindi è opportuno ricercare altrove la causa del problema:
(Windows 7): leggere l'articolo Perché non è possibile connettersi a Internet sul sito di supporto di Microsoft.
(Windows Vista): leggere l'articolo Risoluzione dei problemi di connessione a Internet sul sito di supporto di Microsoft.

Verificare anche:
Che il modem e/o il router siano accesi e non indichino errori.

And by that, I mean that I develop robots that are characters, but also robots that will eventually come to empathize with you. So we're starting with a variety of technologies that have converged into these conversational character robots that can see faces, make eye contact with you, make a full range of facial expressions, understand speech, and begin to model how you're feeling, and who you are, and build a relationship with you.
I developed a series of technologies that allowed the robots to make more realistic facial expressions than previously achieved, on lower power, which enabled the walking biped robots, the first androids. So, it's a full range of facial expressions simulating all the major muscles in the human face, running on very small batteries, extremely lightweight.
