Er kennt aber nicht nur die geschäftlichen Risiken, sondern hat auch ein abenteuerliches Hobby: Mountainbiken.
Jedes Jahr folgte er dem Ruf der Freiheit erneut und durchquerte China, fuhr von Lhasa nach Kathmandu durch den Himalaja, fand sich am Fusse des Mount Everest wieder, durchquerte Costa Rica, Kuba oder Mauritius und bereiste Chile und Argentinien. Alles mit dem Mountainbike versteht sich. Das schafft für ihn den idealen Ausgleich zu seiner Tätigkeit als Kundenberater.
Das hört sich alles sehr einfach an. Sind die geschäftlichen Risiken gar die grössere Herausforderung für Tim Russo als die privaten? «Die Risiken sind nicht schwerer kalkulierbar, es sind andere Risiken», beantwortet Tim Russo die Frage. Ähnlich wie bei seinem Hobby, sorgt er auch beim Eingehen einer neuen Kundenbeziehung vor. Das Wichtigste ist für ihn, den Kunden gut zu kennen. «Gerade in diesem 'Know-your-customer-Prozess' werden wir durch standardisierte Prozesse, Fachstellen und Hilfsmittel optimal unterstützt», erklärt Tim Russo weiter.
