Source text - English The infrastructure/generic approach focuses on building
a system to capture and distribute knowledge/OM for
use throughout the organization. Concern is with the
capturing of context to explain the captured knowledge
and the technical details needed to provide good mnemonic
functions associated with the identification, retrieval,
and use of knowledge/OM. The approach focuses
on network capacity, database structure and organization,
and knowledge/information classification.
Both approaches may be used to create a complete
KMS. The process/task approach supports specific work
activities, while the infrastructure/generic approach integrates
organizational knowledge into a single system that
can be leveraged over the total organization instead of
just a process or project.
Translation - Ukrainian Інфраструктурно-родовий підхід сконцентрований на проектуванні системи, що збирала та розприділяла б знання чи ОП для використання всередині організації. Виникають проблеми зі збором контексту потрібного для пояснення отриманих знань та технічних подробиць необхідних для забезпечення хороших мнемонічних функцій пов’язаних з ідентифікацією, збором та використанням знань чи ОП. Цей підхід сконцентрований на пропускній здатності мережі, структурі та організації бази даних, та класифікації знань чи інформації.
Для використання досконалої СУЗ можливе використання обох підходів. Підхід "процес-завдання" підтримує виконання конкретних робочих дій, тоді як інфраструктурно-родовий підхід об’єднує організаційні знання в єдину систему, що може використовуватись для всієї організації, а не лише для процесу чи проекту.

Source text - Ukrainian 4. ПОРЯДОК РОЗПОДІЛУ ПРИБУТКУ І ПОКРИТТЯ ЗБИТКІВ ТОВАРИСТВА
4.1. Порядок розподілу прибутку і покриття збитків Товариства визначається рішенням загальних зборів у відповідності до чинного законодавства України, Статуту та внутрішніх нормативних документів Товариства.
4.2. За рахунок чистого прибутку, що залишається в розпорядженні Товариства:
- виплачуються дивіденди;
- створюється та поповнюється резервний фонд (капітал);
- накопичується нерозподілений прибуток (покриваються збитки).
4.3. Напрями використання додаткових фінансових ресурсів Товариства, отриманих за рахунок накопичення нерозподіленого прибутку затверджуються загальними зборами акціонерів.
4.4. Резервний фонд (капітал) створюється способом щорічних відрахувань розміром не менше п'яти відсотків від чистого прибутку Товариства. Щорічні відрахування у резервний фонд здійснюються до досягнення ним _____ відсотків від розміру статутного фонду.

Profit, Loss and Dividends
Section 1. All the profits and losses of the Corporation shall be managed under the laws of Ukraine, these By-laws and internal governing documents of the Corporation.
Section 2. The retained net profit may be:
- paid in dividends;
- allocated for creation and maintenance of the reserve fund (capital);
- accumulated (to cover losses).
Section 3. The usage of additional financial resources of the Corporation shall be directed at a general meeting of stockholders.
Section 4. Reserve shall be created by allocating not less than 5% from net profit each year until the reserve is equal to ___ % of the charter capital.
