Объяснение вот:
Una burbuja inmobiliaria es un incremento excesivo e injustificado de los bienes inmuebles o bienes raíces, ocasionado generalmente por la especulación.

En una burbuja, los precios se incrementan sin que para ello exista una razón lógica. Su incremento se fundamenta básicamente en la especulación y en el deseo de la gente de adquirir bienes para luego vender a mejor precio, aprovechando precisamente ese incremento de los precios.
