non è certo un termine correttissimo, però ho trovato questo sito, spagnolo, che lo usa nel senso di *interni*, *spazio sottocoperta*, per cui l'accesso, agli interni, sarebbe possibile. Confermo che habitación non viene, di solito, usato per le barche.

Como en español "habilitación" significa "autorizzazione" no podría ser un error y ser simplemente habitación?
