This is one of the services offered by a company that helps clients set up agricultural operations in Romania. I've put my provisional translation below. I don't have much knowledge or experience in mapping, and I'm a little unsure how this should all fit together, particularly in relation to the terms posted. TIA

Realización de mapa de la finca agrícola o forestal sobre una base de ortofotomapa a escala conocida y referenciada con coordenadas geográficas de localización, identificadas con GPS sobre el terreno o en base al plano catastral.

Producing maps of farms and forest holdings ***on the basis*** of an orthophotomap at a known scale and referenced with geographical position coordinates, identified with GPS on the ground or ***on the basis*** of the cadastral map.

orthophoto / cadastral base maps
Explanation:
I’m no expert, but I have translated some material in the field, and from the research I’ve done these two terms seem to be fairly widely used.

You can see further evidence of this by browsing the search results for each term via the links below.

Hope this helps.

It could be the case Ross, although I suggested "based on cadstral maps" because of the "identificadas con" in the ST. I was originally going to suggest "either/or" as a proposition there.

Thanks, James. I used "orthophoto base maps" for the first part and "based on cadastral maps" for the second.

Notes to answerer
Asker: "Orthophoto base maps" looks good to me, though I'm wondering if "based on cadstral maps" may make more sense than "cadastral base maps" in this case.
