español term

teniéndolo aquí

español al inglés Jurídico/Patentes Derecho: contrato(s)

being deemed included here/at this point

Have woken up now. This phrase, in various wording, is commonly used by notaries to indicate that the document is deemed to be included at that particular point in the document, even though it is actually included at another point. They tend to add the words 'para evitar repeticiones innecesarias' or similar thereafter.

agree Charles Davis : That makes good sense and rings a bell; I've seen something similar before.

These are two options that would seem to capture the general idea here.

neutral Tania Mingramm : that are present here before me, sounds for me to be the idea. to show who was actually present

Peer comment(s):

disagree Billh : No, it does not mean this. "having witnessing thereof/ In their presence" makes no sense in English.

shall be considered to have been inserted verbatim here

I like the way the whole phrase winds up:

"shall be considered to have been inserted verbatim here and anywhere it is referenced"

which I have had before me

which I have had before me: que he tenido a la vista

... forma parte integrante del presente instrumento **teniéndolo aquí**/ que he tenido a la vista...

esta es la frase que comúnmente se utiliza en textos jurídicos y la frase"teniéndolo aquí" hace referencia a lo mismo.
