I like the way the whole phrase winds up:

which I have had before me: que he tenido a la vista

... forma parte integrante del presente instrumento **teniéndolo aquí**/ que he tenido a la vista...

esta es la frase que comúnmente se utiliza en textos jurídicos y la frase"teniéndolo aquí" hace referencia a lo mismo.
