Hemos de indicar que siguiendo nuestras instrucciones el Asegurado solicitó ofertas a diferentes profesionales para la ejecución de las reparaciones importantes, como la reconstrucción de la cubierta y la aplicación de revestimiento en el suelo, etc. Cuando recibimos estas ofertas, los analizamos con el Asegurado y adjudicamos conjuntamente los trabajos al ofertante mas económico. En cuanto a las reparaciones mas pequeñas como la ejecución de las instalaciones de abastecimiento, fueron realizadas por empresas locales que son colaboradores habituales del Asegurado.

Es una empresa dedicada a la producción de dulces fritos (donuts, etc.) cuya fábrica sufrío un incendio. Tienen que reparar o reemplazar muchas máquinas y partes de la estructura de la fábrica.
