Secondo me significa che la paziente aveva fatto in precedenza un test per l'EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor) e questo era risultato positivo. Durante questo ricovero, però, non aveva con sé la documentazione relativa all'esame e aveva soltato riferito (a voce) il risultato.
