Il Service Partner potrà consigliare i prezzi dei Servizi alla Carrozzeria Approvata senza però che tale suggerimento limiti il diritto di quest’ultima di fissare autonomamente i prezzi per detti Servizi. Resta in ogni caso inteso che né il Service Partner né XXX sono responsabili per gli investimenti, le spese e gli esborsi che la Carrozzeria Approvata dovesse sostenere o effettuare nel corso dell’esecuzione dell’Accordo essendo tali investimenti, spese ed esborsi il risultato di una autonoma decisione d’impresa della Carrozzeria Approvata. A tale riguardo, pertanto, la Carrozzeria Approvata dichiara di rinunciare, come in effetti rinuncia, ad ogni e qualsiasi azione, diritto o pretesa nei confronti del Service Partner, e per quanto occorrer possa anche di XXX, che possa avere fondamento -- anche indiretto -- sulla stipula e l’esecuzione dell’Accordo.
