Ich gebe mal den ganzen Satz wieder:
"Detto corrispettivo si intende omnicomprensivo per l’esecuzione di ogni e qualsivoglia lavoro per la realizzazione a regola d’arte dei Lavori “chiavi in mano” nonché fisso ed invariabile, con esclusione esplicita, accollandosi l’Appaltatrice la relativa alea contrattuale, di qualsiasi forma di revisione del prezzo che resterà fisso ed invariato per tutta la durata dei Lavori, anche se dovessero intervenire eventi straordinari e/o imprevedibili, intendendosi derogato quanto disposto all’articolo 1664 del Codice Civile."

Unter "alea" habe ich nur "Wagnis" oder "zufälliges Ereignis" gefunden, was für mich aber nicht wirklich Sinn macht? Weiß jemand mehr? Vielen Dank im Voraus!!
