This is in an X-ray report for a hospitalized patient with a number of serious problems: pulmonary embolus, chronic heart disease, COPD, difficulty in maintaining oxygen saturation.

The handwritten report reads: "*accentuazione congestizia della trama* con sfumati aspetti addensativi ilo-parailari ..."

For "trama" I have "markings" or "pattern", but I don't know how to put all of these words in the phrase together.
