Sorry, I don't know the sector either. There is mention of "cash and carry" and "grossista" and "dettaglio" too.

We at least need to know what sector you're in (more specifically than "business"). If it has to do with retail, g.d. is probably "grande distribuzione," but it's difficult to tell.
