" I soci possono eseguire, volontariamente o su richiesta dell'organo amministrativo, ed in conformità alle vigenti disposizioni di legge, versamenti in conto capitale, anche non proporzionali ovvero finanziamenti sia fruttiferi che infruttiferi, che non costituiscano raccolta di risparmio tra il pubblico."
Qui più che altro il problema è non proporzionali, credo voglia dire che l'importo di detti contributi non è proporzionato alla quota posseduta dal socio, ma a) non ne sono sicuro e b) non lo saprei comunque dire.
